Enrollment Form for 2012-2013 School Year

If you are interested in requesting a place for your student, please complete the 2012-2013_enrollment_form.pdf and submit it to the school office.


This form is for new and returning students.


The Open Enrollment Period Begins February 1, 2012.


Re-enrollment forms (forms for students returning to AALC) are due on or before February 15, 2012.


The school office will communicate with parents about their students' status for 2012-2013 after the Enrollment Period.
