Meeting Agenda
The Board holds a regular meeting each month. They may call special meetings to conduct business in between or beyond the regular meetings.
From July 2011 through June 2012 the Board will hold their regular monthly meeting on the third Tuesday of each month. In December 2011 the regular monthly meeting will be held on the second Tuesday.
The Board is holding a special meeting on January 24, 2012. The meeting_agenda.pdf is available.
Meeting Minutes
The Board approves the previous month's minutes in the current month's regular meeting.
The October_18_meeting_minutes.pdf are available. A meeting was not held in November 2011, so there are no minutes for that month.
